Do you have early & late classes?
Yes! Our classes start at 6 AM and go as late as 8pm. More classes may be added on future requests and demand.
How many people per class?
12! The class sizes are small, so you always get tailored help and feedback specifically for you.
How far in advance can you reserve a class spot?
14 days in advance for anyone, but 15 days if you are a member. One perk of having a membership is first dibs to the schedule.
How long do I have to cancel a class without being charged?
Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours before class starts to avoid any late cancellation penalties.
What is the cancellation policy for childcare?
Childcare follows the same cancellation policies as the rest of our classes. Please be sure to cancel or reschedule any childcare reservations as needed as you would any other class booking to avoid fees/loss of credit.
Does SWEATFORM Pilates require grip socks?
Yes, our studio requires grip socks for the health and safety of all of our clients. They promote cleanliness on our equipment, proper circulation of your feet and more confidence on your reformer. If you do not have grip socks or happen to forget them, we have grip socks for sale in the studio.
Do childcare classes expire?
Yes, all childcare classes must be used within 6 months of the purchase date.
